Here’s how we’ll get everyone to the starting line.
Friday early bird or Saturday. Same simple process.
Check-in is registration. Students start on the school roster and choose their race here.
Coming Friday? You’ll be registered and have your bib. No second registration on Saturday.

Find the student
Search by name. Teacher information helps with similar names.

Make sure it’s you
Select the student and check their details.

Take care of the waiver
Already on file? Continue. Otherwise, a parent or guardian acknowledges it here.

Pick your distance
Choose 1 Mile or 5K for this student.

Let a volunteer assign the bibs
Hand over the device. The volunteer enters the numbers on the bibs they give you.

Finish & you’re off
Wait for confirmation. The screen clears for the next student.

Room for the

Extra sibling bibs?
Ask the volunteer. Each extra bib can be for either race. We record its number and race with the selected student; no sibling name is needed.
Waiver ahead of time?
That’s planned, too. A public form will let a guardian submit an acknowledgment before arriving. It won’t display the student list. The form is not open yet.
Parents joining the run?
The planned waiver will cover accompanying participants, including parents without bibs. Organizers will confirm the final wording.

Bring your tablet or computer. Internet will be available at check-in.
Check the race
Read 1 Mile or 5K before reaching for a bib. Each race will have its own bib color.
Read the actual number
Enter the number on the bib you picked up. Add extra sibling bibs with their own races and numbers.
Confirm, then reset
Complete registration and wait for confirmation. Make sure the next student starts with a clean screen.
Already registered, wrong number, or something doesn’t look right?
Ask the organizer to review it. Don’t create a second registration to work around a mistake.
